Ingredients

2 oz dark rum

1 cup root beer

2 scoops vanilla ice cream

½ cup heavy cream

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tsp chocolate syrup

Directions

In a blender, combine the dark rum, root beer, and vanilla ice cream. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.

Add heavy cream and vanilla extract to the blender. Blend again briefly to combine all ingredients thoroughly.

Drizzle chocolate syrup inside the serving glasses for decoration and extra flavor.

Pour the blended mixture into glass, filling them almost to the top.

Optionally, top with a scoop of ice cream for extra creaminess and serve immediately.
