Few restaurant dishes announce themselves quite like one that sizzles its way to your table.

Applebee's is bringing back its Sizzlin' Skillet for a limited time this fall, and this year the lineup has grown from one dish to three, with a Halloween wing offer arriving later this month.

What's on the Skillets

Every skillet starts with a bed of garlic mashed potatoes and a side of seasoned broccoli, served on a hot cast-iron skillet. The returning Garlic Sirloin features a six- or eight-ounce sirloin steak in a garlic, butter, and parsley sauce.

The first new option is the Cheesy Chicken Skillet, which tops the potatoes with sliced grilled chicken, Applewood-smoked bacon, crispy onions, and a Parmesan and White Cheddar cream sauce. The second is the Chicken & Shrimp Scampi Skillet, which pairs the grilled chicken with sautéed shrimp in a lemon and garlic butter sauce.

What They Cost

The Cheesy Chicken Skillet is priced at $12.99, while the Chicken & Shrimp Scampi and the six-ounce Garlic Sirloin are $20.99 each. Prices may vary by location. The sizzling presentation is a dine-in exclusive, though all three dishes can be ordered to-go without the skillet.

A Halloween Offer for Staying In

Later this month, Applebee's is launching a Halloween Bucket, a Halloween-decorated bucket filled with 20 boneless wings in your choice of sauce for $12.99. It's available from October 25 through October 31, and it's exclusive to delivery and to-go orders.

More to Try While You're There

The skillets aren't the only seasonal items on the menu right now. Applebee's also has its new Cheeseburger Wontons and a Spooky Sips Menu of Halloween-themed cocktails and mocktails.

Where and When to Get It

The new skillets are available starting today at participating Applebee's locations for a limited time this season, while the Halloween Bucket follows on October 25.

The Takeaway

If you've been waiting for a hearty fall dinner that doesn't require cooking, the skillets deliver on comfort, and the wing bucket is an easy way to cover Halloween night. Both are only around for a short window, so it's worth planning a visit.
